About Us:

Established in 1947, the primary aim of Taunton Town Football Club is the promotion of football.  The Club is an associate member of our sport’s national body – the Football Association and we are affiliated to our local organisation – the Somerset Football Association. We operate completely by the rules of and in accordance with the policies of both these bodies. The standard of our internal policies and governance have earned us the Charter Standard for an Adult Club within our sport.

We fully encourage support from all walks of life and offer concessionary admission rates for deserving sectors of the community plus free entry to children under 14. We provide specific viewing areas and toilets for disabled people and we give free admission for carers.

We have developed relationships with many local charities and not-for-profit organisations including those supporting the Halcon area. We also work with a number of organisations enabling adults to gain valuable work experience and assisting those recovering from mental health issues to regain confidence and rebuild their lives.
